Brian Hudson, President and COO of Healthcare Scouts, is responsible for Organizational, Brand, and Leadership Development. Hudson feels passionate about leading a National organization with a laser like focus on results and its client’s needs. “My role is to help guide and lead the organization so that our results, and the relationships we build, become our Brand. We value our client/candidate relationship and we understand that this is the essence of our company”.

Hudson links the success of the company to the talent within its own organization and the ability to retain these individuals. The talent of our people, combined with our unique organizational structure and healthcare specialization, allows us the opportunity to exceed our clients expectations and make “more placements – more quickly.” Healthcare Scouts differentiates itself as a National permanent placement firm with divisions specializing in hard to place healthcare professions, including; Nurse Case Management, Pharmacy, Lab/Bio Tech, and specialized Allied health professions.

Roles such as, Director of Training and Development and Regional Vice President of Operations, have provided him with a unique perspective on the issues of hiring top talent. Six-Sigma trained, SHRM member, and ASTD certified, Hudson is a member of numerous healthcare associations & organizations, such as, the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE); Hudson is also involved in his local community as a member of Leadership Orlando. Previously Hudson has served on the Economic Development Council for Bio Tech Development.

Originally from Boca Grande, Florida, Hudson holds his Bachelors of Science degree from Florida State University and resides in Altamonte Springs Florida with his wife and their three children. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, such as youth sports and boating.
